One of the world’s largest financial services firms is looking for an outstanding individual to join their team to support their APAC clients in South East Asia. The right candidate will be able to work closely with the internal teams and stakeholders, assisting in successful and smooth on-boarding of clients and maintaining existing relationships and accounts.
Responsibilities:
• Account opening
• Handle investment instructions with external transfer agents
• Maintain relationship and work closely with internal and external groups, providing excellent client service
• Project Management
• Help oversee and train junior members
• Client ownership- handle inquires with great detail and care and time management
• Work together with the sales team and stakeholders to constantly provide excellent service and provide solutions and improvements
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of industry relevant experience
• Experience in transfer agency operations
• Fluent English
• Mandarin a plus
• Understanding of anti-money laundering policies
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability pick up new applications
• Excellent communication skills
