An international Financial Services firm is looking for a high calibre, proactive and outgoing candidate to join their team. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and under pressure and have great problem solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Client on-boarding and account opening
- Keeping customers informed about new and updated financial products
- Maintaining relationships with existing accounts
- Working closely with Account Managers and Sales Consultants
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction
- Follow up and reports
Requirements
- Degree holder
- SFC/CIB licensed are highly preferred
- Native or near native English is a must (Chinese is a plus, but not required)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Extremely organized with great attention to detail
- Proactive and hardworking with strong work ethics
- Previous experience working as a client relationship manager or a track record of managing client relationships
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Ability to conduct him/herself in a professional manner at all times
