Job Description

A world-renowned international financial services firm is looking for an outstanding candidate to join their team. The successful candidate will be proactive, flexible and positive, with excellent communication skills.



•    Prepare daily & monthly call performance reports
•    Collect phone deals, application forms and client’s original instruction for passing to relevant teams for processing
•    Prepare fulfilment packs and sent to clients
•    Handle team administration tasks, order stationery,  lunches / tea time for lunch in, overtime work, submit overtime forms for team
•    Offer general administration duties including issue contract notes and statements, photocopying, filings and distributing memo, files & letters
•    Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by line managers.
•    Update procedures where applicable
•    Answer inbound calls for acting as corporate reserve and handle general enquiry during peak hour 
•    Conduct outbound service calls upon request
•    Bring clients’ voices into the organisation
•    Handle client correspondence
•    Perform User Acceptance Test  / Healthcheck for system / applications upgrades
•    Assist in ad-hoc projects / new initiatives
•    Other duties assigned by the line managers 
•    Ability to work on multiple tasks/priorities with a strong client service focus
•    Ensure personal client service key performance indicators are met
•    Monitor quality control and risk awareness
•    Resolve daily issues independently



•    University graduate in business, finance, economics or a related discipline
•    Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
•    Ideally 2 years’ experience in call centre, Banking or Fund Management
•    Flexible & positive attitude to work
•    Client focused & service oriented
•    Be a strong, positive team player interested in developing oneself and others
•    Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
•    Strong problem solving skills in handling both internal/external client enquiries
•    Can conduct himself/herself in a professional fit and proper manner
