Our client is a prestigious and long-established private investment company specializing in private equity funds, special situations and direct investments. They are now seeking a top calibre and highly efficient Company Secretarial Assistant to support the Legal & Compliance team. Responsibilities:
- Handle the full spectrum of company secretarial work for a portfolio of Hong Kong and offshore companies
- Assist in drafting minutes/resolutions, agreements and other company documents
- Update and maintain statutory records and filings
- Coordinate board and internal meetings and prepare any relevant materials accordingly
- Handle AML/KYC requests from banks and service providers
- Support the larger Legal & Compliance team and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirement:
- Preference for registered students/members of HKICS/ICSA
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience gained in company secretarial field
- Prior work experience in financial institutions would be ideal
- Candidates with legal training or experience would be advantageous
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and prior experience working in an international environment
- Proficiency in CSA Expert is preferred
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritise workload and meet with tight deadlines
- Proactive with outstanding attention to detail
