A well-established leading conglomerate is looking for a Concierge (Property Management) to join their company. The successful candidate will be personable, polished, flexible and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple properties in Hong Kong
- Ensure property presentation is consistently maintained at its highest standard
- Prepare and arrange accommodation for trainees from oversea
- Handle general procurement
- Coordinate and work with both internal or external parties to execute the daily operation properly
- Maintain the inventories and consumption of equipment and appliances
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing clubhouse, hotel, housekeeping is an advantage
- Flexible to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
- Good time management, attention to details and strong problem solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills; able to work with people at all level with professional manner and respect, with emphasis on client service
- Fluent of both spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin
- Responsible and reliable to handle confidential information
