A highly reputable international law firm is looking for a superb Corporate Administrator to join their established team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be flexible and detail-oriented, and highly organised.
Responsibilities:

Provide full spectrum of administrative support which may include processing incorporations, registrations, liquidations and amendments to registers

Drafting, formatting and preparing legal documents
-
Handling KYC
-
Maintaining the internal filing system
-
Arrange payment of invoices
-
Other ad hoc administrative duties or projects as required
Requirements:
-
At least 2 years corporate administration experience with professional firm
-
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
-
Motivated, proactive, and flexible to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
-
Meticulous attention to detail

Ability to prioritize workloads under pressure and manage deadlines
