An International Foreign Exchange company is opening their first Asian office in Hong Kong and is hiring experienced sales people to be part of this amazing journey. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience and a background in Financial Services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business or equivalent, CFA, MBA an asset
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
- Driven and committed to success
- Must have Sales experience
- Strong Analytical background
- Great interest in the Foreign Exchange market
- Proactive and enthusiastic
- Great written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin a plus
- Preferably has good contacts amongst small and medium sized HK companies
- Aptitude for negotiation and strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent understanding of Compliance
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through cold calling and networking
- Manage a sales pipeline and close new business
- Develop an FX strategy with new clients and manage their FX requirements
- Execute foreign exchange trades on behalf of clients
- Maintain industry expertise through training and professional development
- Leverage your industry network to open new opportunities by attracting new talent, identifying potential client opportunities, providing industry insight and building market awareness
