They are now seeking a top calibre and highly proactive and adaptable Marketing Assistant to support their business development, events planning and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to support the implementation of practice group strategic plans, cross-border initiatives and client focused initiatives
- Maintain internal practice group data and resources and manage processes to support the effective collection of data
- Coordinate and prepare pitches and proposals, responses to RFPs, client presentations and other marketing materials
- Assist with research and analysis of industry trends, client developments, and competitive intelligence
- Assist in the planning and execution of both internal and external events including regional retreats, office social events, roundtable seminars and client receptions
- Help identify, assess and coordinate external marketing opportunities, including sponsorships, conference attendance, charitable donations, webinars and client events
- Coordinate and prepare legal submissions
Requirements:
- An undergraduate degree with experience in professional services
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in marketing, business development, and/or events planning is desirable
- A background or interest in law would be highly advantageous
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and prior experience working in an international environment
- Exceptional project management, prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, identify and solve problems, and take initiative
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use technology
