An international technology and finance organisation, based in Hong Kong, is currently seeking to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to support their senior directors. The successful candidate enjoys working proactively in a growing, fast-paced start-up environment, is resourceful and practical, capable of working in a regional role as well as dealing with day-to-day issues in the local office.
Responsibilities:
• Executive assistant duties, supporting the CEO and COO
• Manage busy diaries of meetings and arrange complex international travel
• Coordinate the preparation and distribution of reports, agendas, presentations and other documents as needed
• Project work, including organising and managing events, getting involved in various projects across the business, both internationally and locally
• Office management support and providing day-to-day support to the team on an ad-hoc and proactive basis
Requirements:
• Preferably degree qualified, with several years’ experience of supporting senior executives in a varied EA role within a multi-national environment
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proactive and autonomous, with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Excellent command of both verbal and written English, Cantonese is desirable but not essential
