My client, a leading global insurance firm, is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their Marketing team. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ relevant experience, a positive work attitude and excellent communication and organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall administrative support to the marketing team within the business
- Manage extensive and complex calendars and schedules including local and global travel and accommodation
- Organise and assist with hosting presentation and customer visit
- Assist with preparation of presentation materials
- Process expense reimbursements and invoices
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Graduate degree educated
- 5 -7 years relevant experience in marketing capacity
- Presentable, with superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent English is a must, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking skills are a plus
- Punctual, reliable and capable of working independently as well as part of a busy team
- Enthusiastic and able to be proactive
- Good knowledge of MS office with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
