A small, dynamic and fast paced, buy-side firm is looking for an outstanding candidate to support their investment team and be an additional help around their office. This is a unique opportunity for a loyal, personable and highly organised EA, with an excellent level of English and Mandarin, to join a highly successful and international environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide general secretarial and administrative support to a large investment team
• Organise scheduling and handle diary management
• Prepare travel arrangements and expenses
• Co-coordinate internal and external client meetings
• Other ad hoc duties as required around the office
Requirements:
• Excellent attention to detail, proactive and efficient
• Ability to multi-task, good judgment and driven to work in a fast paced environment
• Previous experience supporting an investment team is essential and great attitude to help out in variety of duties
• Excellent English, Cantonese and fluent Mandarin
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the professional or financial services industries a must
