A leading European investment bank is looking for a high-calibre Executive Assistant to join their Regional Office senior management team:
Responsibilities
• Provide secretarial and administrative support for senior level executive
• Provide administration support to various business function
• Responsible for complex travel arrangements and calendar management
• Schedule and co-ordinate meetings and conferences
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
• Be in touch with the status of all current issues within the department and to report and flag critical issues and events that require immediate action
• Take initiative to highlight any matters of urgency, and communicate this at the earliest possible opportunity
Requirements
• Fluent spoken and written English, French, Cantonese and Mandarin
• 8 to 10 years’ secretarial experience supporting top executives within Banking or Financial Services
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage deadlines
• Motivated, proactive, and flexible to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
