An incredible opportunity at one of Hong Kong’s most exciting hotel chains is on offer. They are looking for an energetic, committed, progress hungry Communications and Executive Assistant to work closely with the CEO. Applicants need to be proactive, great communicators with a passion to work hard outside of a traditional framework. Successful candidates need to be self-motivators who can handle a potentially every changing timetable.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CEO to promote and develop his personal brand through PR and multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram)
- Write, edit, update and upload media communication projects and posts
- Manage daily media enquiries for the CEO, regards to calls, emails and social media
- Maintain effective and sustainable relationships with all levels of the organization
- Handle confidential and proprietary information and provide secretarial support to the CEO
- Handle a variety of special projects as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of Marketing or related experience
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- Knowledge of the retail, tourism or hospitality would be an positive
- Native English speaker, other languages would be advantageous but not mandatory
- Technical know-how, familiarity with Microsoft Office, Internet and Social Media
- Experience writing business articles and social media related posts
- An all-rounder, active non-traditional personality who can multi-task number pressure
