An international organisation is seeking to appoint a senior Executive Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be capable, flexible and personable, with excellent experience of supporting at a senior level, while also taking the initiative and working comfortably in a busy team environment.
Responsibilities:
• Support the CEO with the full spectrum of administrative duties
• Manage a busy diary of meetings and arrange complex international travel
• Coordinate the preparation, proofreading and distribution of reports, presentations and other documents as needed (in both English and Chinese)
• Act as a senior representative and ‘gate-keeper’, interacting at all levels within the organisation
• Manage correspondence and various other operational and administrative tasks
• Interacting with the senior management team across multiple locations, both in Hong Kong and internationally
Requirements:
• Preferably a Degree holder with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a senior PA/EA/secretarial role
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proactive and autonomous, with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Superb interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin, translation experience a distinct advantage
