An international not-for-profit organisation is looking for a creative and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO. The successful candidate thrives on taking the initiative, loves multi-tasking and working autonomously in an entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all administrative work for the CEO, including interacting with colleagues in various international locations
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties on behalf of the CEO
- Act as a “gate keeper” and interact at all levels within the organisation
- Coordinate the preparation, proofreading and distribution of reports, agendas, presentations and other documents as needed
- Manage correspondence and various other operational and administrative tasks
- Project work, including organizing and managing events, getting involved in various projects across the business
- Assist CEO with research and writing internal comms, speeches, and updates to partners
- Perform ad-hoc duties when required
- Manage sensitive external relations through initial meetings to follow up and relationship management
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably along with overseas education and a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
- A motivated, driven personality with ambition to progress
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel internationally at least once per year
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure with tight timeline
- Reliable and capable of working independently as well as part of a busy team
