A leading multinational professional services firm is searching for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be bright, versatile, and flexible.
Responsibilities:
• Provide overall secretarial support and project administration assistance to senior executives and the team
• Organise scheduling and handle diary management
• Prepare travel arrangements and expenses
• Coordinate conferences and meetings
• Assist in the preparation of expense claims and reimbursements
• Support presentation production or produce presentations from scratch
• Provide logistics support for internal and external meetings
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by team
Requirements:
• Degree holder with minimum 6 years of secretarial experience in a varied PA/EA role, preferably within the professional services industry
• Motivated, proactive, and flexible to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workloads under pressure and manage deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin
• Responsible and reliable to handle confidential information
