A global multi-national organisation, based in Hong Kong, is currently seeking to appoint an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant for their APAC headquarters. The successful candidate enjoys working autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, is practical and self-sufficient, capable of interacting with international colleagues, as well dealing with day-to-day issues in the local office.
Responsibilities:
• Executive assistant duties, supporting the head of the APAC business
• Manage a busy calendar of meetings and arrange complex international travel
• Coordinate the preparation and distribution of reports, agendas, presentations and other documents as needed
• Project work, including organising and managing events, getting involved in various projects across the business, both internationally and locally
• Office management support and general administration, managing office administration and providing day-to-day support to the team on an ad-hoc and proactive basis
• Manage correspondence and various other operational and administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Preferably a Degree holder who is keen to develop their skills both personally and professionally, ideally with experience of supporting a senior executive in a varied EA role within a multi-national environment
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Motivated, proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
• Superb interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English (ideally near native), alongside Cantonese or Mandarin
