Job Description

A global multi-national organisation, based in Hong Kong, is currently seeking to appoint an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant for their APAC headquarters.  The successful candidate enjoys working autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, is practical and self-sufficient, capable of interacting with international colleagues, as well dealing with day-to-day issues in the local office.
Executive assistant duties, supporting the head of the APAC business
Manage a busy calendar of meetings and arrange complex international travel
Coordinate the preparation and distribution of reports, agendas, presentations and other documents as needed
Project work, including organising and managing events, getting involved in various projects across the business, both internationally and locally
Office management support and general administration, managing office administration and providing day-to-day support to the team on an ad-hoc and proactive basis
Manage correspondence and various other operational and administrative tasks 
Preferably a Degree holder who is keen to develop their skills both personally and professionally, ideally with experience of supporting a senior executive in a varied EA role within a multi-national environment
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Motivated, proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
Superb interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
Excellent command of both spoken and written English (ideally near native), alongside Cantonese or Mandarin
