A well-established firm with a strong global presence is looking to appoint an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be versatile, practical and will have superb experience of supporting at a senior level (C-Suite).
Responsibilities:
• Lead all administrative work for a Senior Executive, including interacting with a senior management team (both locally and in various international locations)
• Manage a busy calendar of meetings and arrange complex international travel
• Overseeing and reconciling expenses, prioritizing and organising emails
• Coordinate the preparation, proofreading and distribution of reports, agendas, presentations and other documents as needed (in both English and Chinese)
• Act as a senior representative and ‘gate-keeper’, interacting at all levels within the organisation
• Manage correspondence and various other operational and administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Preferably a Degree holder with a minimum of 9 years’ experience in a senior PA/EA/secretarial role
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Motivated, proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
• Superb interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin, translation experience a distinct advantage
• Frequent travel is required
