A global multi-national organisation, based in Hong Kong, is currently seeking to appoint an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant for their APAC headquarters. The successful candidate will support two senior executives in a busy international organisation, enjoy a dynamic culture of change and be capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Executive assistant duties, supporting two senior executives in their APAC business
• Manage a busy calendar of meetings and arrange complex international travel
• Project work, including organising and managing events, getting involved in various projects across the business, both internationally and locally
• Office management support and general administration, providing day-to-day support to the team on an ad-hoc
• Proactively support an international team, getting involved in a variety of operational and administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Preferably a Degree holder with experience of supporting senior executives in a varied EA role within a multi-national environment
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Motivated and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
• Superb interpersonal skills, excellent command of both spoken and written English (ideally near native), alongside Cantonese or Mandarin
