Job Description

Our client, an executive director of a multi-national corporation is looking for a house manager/ family assistant to oversee all aspects of their daily operations. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the client’s social calendar and travel schedule
  • Manage and oversee all home related activities
  • Allocating responsibilities to other members the house operations team
  • Ensure that the operations are handled in an orderly manner
  • Provide excellent service and hospitality when the client is entertaining guests
  • Keep constant communication with other members of staff (e.g. personal trainer, yacht captain)
 
Requirements:
  • Hard working multi-tasker who can work under pressure
  • Preferably from a hospitality background who can also run a home
  • Passionate about providing exquisite service and maintaining operations at an excellent level
  • Energetic with strong communication skills, multi-lingual (Hindi is highly advantageous)
  • Able to work overtime if necessary
  • Knowledge of MS Office is essential
