Our client, an executive director of a multi-national corporation is looking for a house manager/ family assistant to oversee all aspects of their daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the client’s social calendar and travel schedule
- Manage and oversee all home related activities
- Allocating responsibilities to other members the house operations team
- Ensure that the operations are handled in an orderly manner
- Provide excellent service and hospitality when the client is entertaining guests
- Keep constant communication with other members of staff (e.g. personal trainer, yacht captain)
Requirements:
- Hard working multi-tasker who can work under pressure
- Preferably from a hospitality background who can also run a home
- Passionate about providing exquisite service and maintaining operations at an excellent level
- Energetic with strong communication skills, multi-lingual (Hindi is highly advantageous)
- Able to work overtime if necessary
- Knowledge of MS Office is essential
