Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing client relationships by responding to investor related inquiries
- Assist with day-to-day client servicing and internal operations
- Support and coordinate any investor relations related activities and events including investor meetings, conferences, and road shows
- Attend marketing trips across the region and proactively reach out to current and prospective investors
- Conduct and analyse relevant market research
- Update and maintain CRM database
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, marketing materials, operational updates, annual and quarterly reports, and market updates
- Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with a demonstrated record of outstanding academic achievement
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ work experience in a similar role; Financial Services and Buy Side background would be preferable
- Strong understanding of financial concepts
- Excellent presentation with outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in an Asian language such as Japanese, Korean and/or Mandarin is highly desired
- Exceptional analytical and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use technology with emphasis on Excel
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively – comfortable in a multicultural team environment
