A world-leading investment management firm with an impressive track record and huge global presence is currently seeking a top calibre Investor Relations Associate to join their IR team in Hong Kong.   • Assist with managing client relationships by responding to investor related inquiries
  • Assist with day-to-day client servicing and internal operations
  • Support and coordinate any investor relations related activities and events including investor meetings, conferences, and road shows
  • Attend marketing trips across the region and proactively reach out to current and prospective investors
  • Conduct and analyse relevant market research
  • Update and maintain CRM database
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, marketing materials, operational updates, annual and quarterly reports, and market updates
  • Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with a demonstrated record of outstanding academic achievement
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ work experience in a similar role; Financial Services and Buy Side background would be preferable
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts
  • Excellent presentation with outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in an Asian language such as Japanese, Korean and/or Mandarin is highly desired
  • Exceptional analytical and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use technology with emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively – comfortable in a multicultural team environment
