They are now seeking an enthusiastic and supportive IT User Support Analyst to join and support their Information Technology team. Responsibilities:
- To work as part of a team to provide high quality support to the office by resolving incidents / requests remotely or in person
- To take ownership of issues by carrying out analysis to implement necessary fixes with the aim of restoring service as soon as possible
- Install, configure, upgrade and support hardware such as (but not limited): laptops, desktops, printers, telephones and mobile devices
- Monitor the local network and other technical equipment on site
- Prepare, organize and test all kinds of AV sessions and set up meeting room equipment
- Assist in testing new software & hardware, providing constructive feedback as required
- Assist in planning and carrying out local projects
- Perform desk or departmental moves at a time that doesn't impact the end users ability to work
- Assist with providing training to users and new joiners
- Provide remote support to other offices when necessary
- Provide support at events and meetings in line with business requirements
- Understand priorities for the delivery of all IT services and proactively manage own workload to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Be proactive and look for ways to improve the systems, service, processes, performance and communication of the IT Support team
Requirements:
- At least 18 months experience in a similar role within the legal industry or professional services
- ITIL Foundation accreditation
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- Confidently builds rapport and instils confidence with all stakeholders and customers
- Takes a proactive approach to problem solving by identifying patterns and trends
- Ensures full understanding of processes and procedures taking steps to close gaps in knowledge
- Can communicate technical concepts confidently and accurately
- Thorough and methodical in approach
- Strong team player and adaptable nature
