An international financial services firm is looking for a super Junior Personal Assistant to support the Senior Personal Assistant of the CEO. The successful candidate will be pro-active, articulate, thrive on taking the initiative and working autonomously in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Personal Assistant of the CEO
- Handle a variety of administrative work for the CEO, including interacting with colleagues in various international locations
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties on behalf of the CEO
- Act as a “gate keeper” and interact at all levels within the organisation
- Manage extensive and complex calendar, including meeting planning, scheduling, and preparation of meeting logistics
- Coordinate intensive and daily changing travel arrangements, and accommodations
- Process expense reimbursements and invoices
- Perform ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably along with overseas education and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a PA/EA/secretarial role within the professional services or luxury retail industry
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Motivated, proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communication at all levels
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines
- Ability to multi-task, good judgment and driven to work in a fast-paced environment
