A well-respected international law firm is looking for a superb Legal Secretary to join their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be motivated, energetic and has solid experience supporting senior level Partner and team of around 2 to 3 fee-earners.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of legal secretarial, administrative and occasional personal assistant support to Partner and three fee earners
- Handle complex meeting schedules and diary management with confidence for senior executives
- Drafting, formatting and preparing legal documents
- Manage and oversee all billings for the office and follow up accordingly
- Maintaining the internal filing system
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary in an international law firm essential
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A solid proficiency in all MS office applications
- Having great organisation skills and a real attention to detail is a must
- Strong time management skills and an ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure will be absolutely key
