A leading international law firm is looking for an energetic, efficient and proactive Legal Secretary to join their expanding team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Support two to three Partners, providing the full spectrum of secretarial support
- Draft, format and prepare legal documents
- Handle an intensive schedule of meetings and complex diaries
- Maintain an internal filing system
- Billings and inputting of time sheets
- Other ad hoc administrative duties or projects as required
Requirements:
- 3-4 years' experience as a legal secretary, experience in a global firm will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS office applications
- Great organization skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management, ability to multi task and prioritize
