A well-established international law firm is looking for an experienced legal secretary for their Corporate Team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will have a good attention to detail, flexible and have previous experience working within the corporate commercial area for an international law firm.
Job Description:
- Provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to 5 – 6 junior and senior fee-earners
- Provide secretarial coverage, manage calendar and arrange meetings
- Arrange complex travel arrangement
- Prepare documents such as typing and editing
- Draft correspondence for internal and external parties
- Maintaining fee earners’ timesheets and prepare for monthly billing
- Open matters and maintain client information accurately in database
- Any other ad hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary in an international law firm is essential
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred
- Good Chinese typing skill is a must
- A solid proficiency in all MS office applications is essential
- Strong time management skills and an ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure will be absolutely key
- Great work attitude and the willingness to work overtime when necessary
