A top-tier international law firm is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to support their Intellectual Property team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate thrives on taking the initiative, flexible and has great attention to detail.
Job description:
- Providing general administrative and secretarial support to both Counsellors and associates
- Managing the diary of the Counsellors, including organizing travel arrangements and meeting schedules
- Drafting, reviewing and amending of correspondences, letters and documents
- Managing trade mark files and deadlines
- Preparing billings and invoicing
- Liaising with internal and external clients
- Handling all general administrative task such as filling and photocopying
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by team
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Intellectual Property Legal Secretary in an international law firm is essential
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred
- Good Chinese typing skill is a must
- A solid proficiency in all MS office applications is essential
- Strong time management skills and an ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure will be absolutely key
- Great work attitude and the willingness to work overtime when necessary
