Our client is a reputable international law firm located in Central. They are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary with strong focus in Litigation to support a team of 4 to 5 fee earners.
Responsibilities:
Provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to fee earners
Prepare, edit, format, and proof read correspondence and documents
Handle phone calls and preparing reports
Arrange appointments and meetings for the fee earners
Handling billings, invoices and expenses claims
Any other ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
At least 8 to 10 years’ of law firm secretarial experience particularly supporting Litigation team
Excellent spoken and written English with fluency in spoken Cantonese and written capability
Hands-on capability with invoicing and handling bundles
Good organisational skills with great attention to detail; and
Willingness to learn and a great teamplayer
