A well-respected international law firm is looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be flexible, bright, and have great communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of high quality secretarial support to fee earners
- Initiate documentations on the word processor and perform both editing and formatting
- Monitoring emails, organizing meetings and assisting fee earners with set-up, maintenance and closure of matters
- Handle all incoming calls
- Actively assisting in the absence of other secretaries and/or their fee earners
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by team
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of administrative support experience, preferably within the legal industry
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Solid experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Chinese Word Processing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Applicants should also be flexible, meticulous, have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to cope with under pressure
- Immediate availability is preferred
