Responsibilities:
- Extensive support in maintaining client relationships, initiatives, conferences, client entertainment, publications and other marketing communications activities
- Research and preparation of briefing notes for client meetings; business development activities follow-up
- Involvement in media training incl preparing Partners for speaking and media engagements
- Administration of CSR activities and handling meeting schedules for overseas trips
- Handling ad-hoc projects and assignments
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate is a bachelor’s degree holder (or above) with at least five years’ experience in a leading international professional services firm or equivalent experience
- Solid communications skills as well as excellent written English language skills, with Mandarin an advantage
- Candidate must have a good understanding of the legal or professional services market in Hong Kong and China
- Solid MS Office skills and experience
- The candidate must also have the gravitas to deal directly with clients - often at a very senior level
- The ideal candidate is aware of his/her own limitations and happy to ask for help and escalate issues when required
- In addition to building strong relationships with members of the firm, he/she is a team player, reliable, and offers assistance to others in times of pressure, along with being willing to work beyond contractual hours from time to time
