The Office Assistant will work closely to support a small team and perform the following duties to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently:
Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm welcome on the Reception for any clients and employees
- Support the team with any day to day logistics, and specifically any diary management required by the team
- Work closely with the team to ensure they have secretarial support and help with preparation for meetings, business trips or other engagements
- Manage an extremely active calendar of complex travel arrangements, meetings, conferences and appointments for senior executives
- Manage all incoming calls and help to book and manage all dealings with couriers for the office
Requirements:
- Ability to start immediately is essential
- Willing to start on a 2 month contract basis
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor degree
- Full time availability and happy working flexible hours
- Capable of working under pressure and prioritising tasks
- Strong, personable communicator with polished presentation skills
- Excellent proficiency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
- Proficient user of MS Office
