They are now seeking a top calibre and highly efficient Office Manager to manage their office operations functions. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all general office management and processes by ensuring day-to-day operations and procedures are running smoothly and appropriately
- Maintain good relationships with various vendors and negotiate contract terms and service level agreements
- Work closely with the Client Services Team Leader & Facilities Management Team Leader to ensure fit for purpose delivery of all related functions
- Strong collaboration with business services functions such as HR
- Fill the role of Hong Kong’s Business Continuity representative including Emergency Notification aspects, working as part of the larger Asia and global Business Continuity team
- Promote, enable, communicate and drive accountability of behaviour to ensure safe and compliant workplace practices as part of the firm’s overarching Health & Wellbeing programme
- Directly contribute to regional or global operation projects, typically as the Hong Kong representative and local subject matter expert
- Collaborate with other Asia office managers to work together to continue to improve Asia’s overall operations
Requirements:
- Degree qualified
- Minimum of 5 years or above experience in office management roles, includin supervisory experience, preferably within legal or professional services
- Strong facilities management experience, including in environments requiring 24x7 operational coverage
- Proven success with implementing proactive change, including within own team and to a broader group or office
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese – verbal, written, interpersonal and presentational
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritise workload
- Genuine passion for client service
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive with outstanding problem-solving skills
