A Taiwan-based private equity is looking for an Office Manager to join their office in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be a great team-player who is detail-minded, flexible with great communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Allocate available resources to enable successful task performance
- Report to the Head of Compliance and Administration on a daily basis
- Provide effective decision making regarding executive issues
- Implement and maintain procedures or office administrative systems
- Co-ordinate office staff activities
- Coach, mentor and discipline office staff
- Undertake administrative tasks
- Assist in ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Office management experience
- Decision-making, problem-solving, strategic planning, and data analysis
- Knowledge of standard office procedures and computer software
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both English and Chinese
- Good verbal Mandarin
- Ability to effectively multi-task with tight deadlines both independently and within a team environment
- Flexible to handle ad hoc duties as required
