Job Description

A Taiwan-based private equity is looking for an Office Manager to join their office in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be a great team-player who is detail-minded, flexible with great communication skills. 
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory   
  • Allocate available resources to enable successful task performance    
  • Report to the Head of Compliance and Administration on a daily basis 
  • Provide effective decision making regarding executive issues  
  • Implement and maintain procedures or office administrative systems 
  • Co-ordinate office staff activities 
  • Coach, mentor and discipline office staff 
  • Undertake administrative tasks 
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as required 
  • Office management experience 
  • Decision-making, problem-solving, strategic planning, and data analysis
  • Knowledge of standard office procedures and computer software 
  • Excellent organisation skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both English and Chinese
  • Good verbal Mandarin 
  • Ability to effectively multi-task with tight deadlines both independently and within a team environment 
  • Flexible to handle ad hoc duties as required
