Our client is a leading international consultancy firm. They are currently seeking to appoint an Office Manager/Personal Assistant to support them. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a varied role, be self-motivated and confident in their ability to manage the everyday running of a busy office environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide a full spectrum of high quality personal assistance and secretarial support
• Support the office with all administration requirements and ensure it is run efficiently and smoothly
• Manage daily schedule, business appointments, and travel itineraries etc.
• Handle complex diary and calendar management
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties
• Maintaining supplies of stationery, equipment and any additional needs
• Maintain the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
• Organise office events
• Prepare travel arrangements and expenses
• Perform ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
• Degree holder in any disciplines or formal secretarial training
• Minimum 4 years experience of office administration, ideally in a fast paced international environment -> is services correct here
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work well independently
• Well-organised, able to multi-task and prioritise with confidence
• Detail-oriented, enjoys taking the initiative and being proactive
