The Office/ Admin Assistant is expected to work closely with CEO Office Director / Executive Assistant (Beijing based) and perform the following duties to keep the efficiency and effectiveness of CEO Office’s operations
Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day logistics support to the CEO when in Hong Kong
- Includes but not limited to appointments booking, documents preparation and control, internal communications, etc.
- Work closely with the CEO Office Director / Executive Assistant to assure the
- CEO’s preparation for meetings, business trips or other engagements
- Administrative and functional
- Manage an extremely active calendar of travels, meetings, conferences or appointments
- Handle financial and accounting matters for the CEO with confidentiality
- Other duties as assigned by CEO or CEO Office Director
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, full-time college education (in both or either Hong Kong and Mainland China)
- 1-3 years Executive Assistant related work experience in either Mainland China or HK
- Full time availability with flexible hours, desire to learn and expand responsibilities
- Capable of working under pressure and prioritizing tasks
- Strong research and presentation skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Bachelor degree or above, full-time college education
- Native equivalent proficiency in English and Mandarin, Cantonese a plus
- Proficient user of MS Office
