An independent wealth and investment advisory firm is looking for a high calibre, independent and dynamic individual to join their team. The successful candidate will be process led and forward thinking.
Responsibilities:
• Full, smooth management of all office requirements and management of the administrative executive
• Organise and deliver monthly operations and compliance meetings, including preparing of agenda with summary of main discussion points, chairing the meeting, preparing minutes and summaries of meetings with action points for members of team
• Ensuring deadlines are met
• Ownership and delivery of compliance calendar events
• Quality control and overseeing quality of junior admin output, ad hoc checks to ensure standards are met
• Client on-boarding
• Ensuring CRM system is updated, client folders are in order and applications are correctly completed and organised before submission
• Company filing, including organising and updating of all internal folders, policies and procedures
• Payment and filing of invoices and reconciliation of fees received
• Proactively improving business processes, client documentation and systems
• Building relationships with key service providers
• Improving better client outcomes and achieving operational effectiveness through use of IT system
Requirements:
• University graduate in business, finance, economics or a related discipline
• Excellent command of English and Cantonese
• Be a strong and positive team player
• Able to think outside the box and propose new ideas
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to forge new and more efficient ways of working, developing new procedures where relevant
• Confident to push back in order to free up time and decision making for the directors
• Extremely organised with great focus on details
