A multinational consultancy management firm is looking for an outstanding and experienced Paralegal for their expanding team. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be highly organized in a fast paced working environment.
Responsibilities
- Conducting reviews of agreements in English and Cantonese
- Manage the legal department database
- Liaising with the HR department to handle agreement requests, including external vendors
- Providing support to department heads on various projects
- Identifying compliance issues, administer the database, and ensure data accuracy
- Respond to ad hoc data and legal documents requests
Requirements
- University degree holder, preferably in Law
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Paralegal or Legal Assistant/Executive
- Excellent communication is English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills
- Excellent IT skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
