A global top-tier international law firm is looking for an independent Paralegal to provide support to the fee-earners in their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be well-organized, meticulous and a good team player.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of legal and administrative assignments to lawyers
- Draft, edit, proofread, translate and review legal documents
- Manage all legal research
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on any assigned projects
- Administrate various internal reports and analysis
- Any other related ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in legal studies is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience in international law firms
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to cope with pressure and conflicting demands
