They have an excellent working culture that places emphasis on work life balance. They are now seeking a top calibre Paralegal to join and support their Corporate & IPO  team.   • Assist the Family Law team in streamlining the filing of legal documents
  • Review all existing legal documents to ensure that everything is in order
  • Assist in drafting legal documents and emails/letters to clients
  • Assist in translation of documents in both English & Chinese
  • Conduct company and legal research
  • Due diligence and disclosure
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • LLB qualified or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years of paralegal experience in private practice or in-house
  • Solid knowledge of Hong Kong IPO is preferred
  • Possess sound knowledge of Common Law or Hong Kong Law
  • Exceptional research skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise workload and meet with tight deadlines
  • Adaptable and collaborative nature
