A reputable international law firm is looking for an inquisitive and proactive Paralegal to help support the Litigation and Regulatory Team at their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be independent, self-motivated and meticulous.
Responsibilities
- Translating documents in English and Chinese
- Administrating client information and managing database
- Preparing, editing, translating and reviewing legal documents
- Filing documents and paperwork
- Conducting legal and commercial research
- Handle any ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Tertiary education in legal studies is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience in international law firms
- Knowledge of Litigation and other regulatory laws
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to cope with pressure and conflicting demands
