A well respected investment bank is looking for a very stable and smart Personal Assistant to support the Chairman with his events and travelling:
Responsibilities
• Provide solid secretarial support on highly complex travel schedules and event arrangements
• Provide ad-hoc administrational support and report into a senior EA who oversees the Chairman’s business matters
• Schedule and co-ordinate meetings and conferences
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
• Be in touch with the status of all current and flag critical issues and events that require immediate action
• Take initiative to highlight any matters of urgency, and communicate this at the earliest possible opportunity
Requirements
• Fluent English, Cantonese and near native or excellent Mandarin is essential
• 6-8 years’ secretarial experience supporting top executives
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage deadlines
• Motivated, proactive, and flexible to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
