A well-established property investment firm is looking for a superb Personal Assistant to support one of their C-Suite Executives. The successful candidate thrives on taking the initiative, loves multi-tasking and working autonomously in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy calendar of meetings, events and arrange complex international travel
- Lead all administrative work for the Senior Executive
- Coordinate the preparation, proofreading and distribution of reports, agendas, presentations and other documents as needed
- Prepare and arrange travel itinerary, visa, hotel and car reservations
- Act as a ‘gate-keeper’ and interact at all levels within the organisation
- Oversee and reconcile expenses, prioritise and organise emails
- Draft and proofread general correspondence, emails, memos, letters, presentations, and reports
- Manage correspondence and a variety of other operational and administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a varied PA/EA role
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Motivated, proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
- Superb interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines
- Ability to work in a very challenging environment and handle pressure in stressful situations
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin
- Responsible and reliable to handle confidential information
