Our client is a highly reputable hedge fund with offices in Hong Kong and China, who is currently looking for an experienced PA to join their growing team. The successful candidate is flexible, energetic and willing to work in a dynamic environment. (6 day working week)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide a full spectrum of high quality personal assistance and secretarial support to the Executive Director
• Assist in handling multiple international properties
• Deal with finances, such as property taxes, rental payments, etc.
• Conduct detailed research on schools and tuition programs for the children
• Handle domestic duties to some extent when required
• International travel booking
• Extensive diary management
Requirements
• Native English speaker, fluency in Mandarin is a plus
• Experience of working/ studying in the US
• Great communication skills
• Resourceful and extremely detail oriented
• Willing to travel for longer periods of time
• Ability to work under pressure whilst delivering with excellence
• Must love dogs
• 6 day working week Monday to Saturday
• Must be comfortable to be on call whenever required
