A global investment management firm is looking for an experienced and polished receptionist for their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will need to have exceptional interpersonal skills and will need to thrive in a fast paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Booking meetings
• Setting up audio / visual equipment for meetings
• Administer the security ID system
• Sorting and distributing post and arranging couriers
• Oversee office cleaning
• Ad-hoc requests from senior managers
• Ordering office and pantry supplies as necessary
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years’ receptionist experience
• Exceptional organization and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Excellent English and Cantonese with Mandarin preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with ease
• Friendly and warm approach, and a high level of personal conduct
