A top-tier international law firm is looking for a diligent receptionist to join their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be responsible, communicative and motivated.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Office Manager
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls and handle enquiries in a professional manner
- Manage the front desk duties, lobby and conference rooms
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area
- Coordinate with internal staff on daily administrative duties
- Maintaining and scheduling conference rooms
- Communicate internally and externally in times of special events
- Provide support on the daily operations that include managing faxes, mails and deliveries
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Holder of university degree of professional or diploma
- A minimum of three years’ experience as a receptionist in a law firm or other professional service providers
- Articulate, friendly with great language skills
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
