A multinational Asset Management firm is looking to hire an outstanding Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist to support their team. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and resourceful individual with at least 2 years relevant work experience.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrational support including arranging meetings, appointments and calendars
• Answering phone calls
• Handling expense claims
• Welcoming clients and vendors
• Travel arrangements
• Extensive pantry management, which will include ordering supplies and organizing all deliveries
Requirements:
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Strong attention to details and ability to multi-task
• University Graduate with excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
• Good technical skills to include fast, accurate typing with experience of Windows based packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Positive, professional attitude, good organizational skills and attention to details
