Responsibilities:
- Develop the comprehensive recruitment strategy for Hong Kong to attract the relevant high calibre candidates
- Plan, coordinate and participate in recruitment events to reach the intended target markets
- Maintain a relationship with all important external stakeholders
- Be the primary responsible party related to all recruitment budgets, including expenses, budgets, travel, promotional material and fund allocation
- Collaborate with other department to ensure that the company are sending out a consistent message
- Create a pipeline to strengthen communication between the company via personal and social media outlets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment or admissions for higher education
- Strong communication skills to maintain relationships with the relevant stakeholders
- Understand the legal landscape to all procedures regarding admissions
- Ability to create and execute new ideas to keep the institute at the fore front of the market
- Proficiency in Sales Force, Google Drive Applications, Asana, Slack and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Cantonese and Mandarin are highly advantageous
