This Hong Kong-based, global reach Asset Management firm, are expanding their marketing function, and looking to appoint a smart, creative and adaptable Marketing Assistant to join their experienced and dedicated team of professionals. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a varied role with the opportunity to demonstrate outstanding communication skills along with a highly organised, self-motivated nature.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team contributing to the growth of regional and global fund marketing exposure
- Assist in the coordination, planning and implementation of client-focused marketing materials
- Write marketing-related communications, including Client communications, newsletters and roadshow material
- Build effective and sustainable relationships with global reach Clients
- Become involved in organizing events and other initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience of a financial services marketing environment, preferably Asset Management but not essential
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in the Financial Services industry
- Attention to detail, initiative and the ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills, including presentation and writing skills
- Ability to thrive in a small team environment and remain calm under pressure
- Technical know-how, incl advanced Microsoft Office, Internet and Social Media
- Knowledge of media relations a plus
- Bachelor degree preferred
