Our client is looking to take advantage of their growing market and grow their sales team with relevant and ambitious professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with existing clients connected to the hotel and event spaces
- Create and follow up with potential client leads to grow the company’s database
- Establish channels of communication with all external stakeholders when fulfilling client requirements
- Develop a holistic sales strategy and relay the vision to the sales support team
- Present the company, its qualities, benefits and services to potential clients
- Understand client requirements and manage their requirements through the sales process
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business, hospitality or related discipline
- At least 4 years of sales experience, client relationships and delivering sales targets, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry (take advantage of existing relationships)
- Skilled in CRM systems and understand how to access and use sales data to deliver
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to multi-task under pressure
- Ability to establish relationships with potential clients with potential clients, understand their needs and deliver results successfully in time
- Fluency in English is vital, proficiency in German is highly advantageous
