A multinational professional services firm is searching for a superb Researcher to join their team. This position calls for strong collaboration skills as well as an analytical approach. The successful candidate is self-sufficient, proactive and enjoys working in a challenging, fast-paced international environment.
Responsibilities:
• CV formatting for the APAC Region
• Update candidates record on database
• Assist with business travel bookings, visa applications renewals and the coordination of charity events
• Organise quarterly sales meetings and other events
• Answer incoming calls
• Manage all placement information from the APAC region to enable management reporting
• Run weekly, monthly and quarterly management information reports for the Managing Consultants and Senior Executives
• Responsible for updating and formatting company organisation structures and proposal documents etc.
• Monitor computer equipment and work with IT for new orders
• Order office supplies and stationary for the office
• Work closely with the Managing Consultants and Senior Executives throughout the on-going processes, with the foremost task of sourcing and screening of candidates
• Provide administrative support to the team, including creation of position profiles, candidate profiles, presentation material, and coordination of schedules in relation to interviews
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably along with overseas education
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience of working within a professional services firm is essential
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Superb communicator, friendly and approachable when answering phones and dealing with the team
• Highly organised, independent natured, and calm under pressure
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Chinese Word Processing
